Marino
Curnis was born in Bergamo (Italy) the 07th of May 1973. Eclectic,
complicated and enigmatic personality, he devotes his life to
various interests. He writes poems and tales from the age of 12 (his
unpublished inventory includes almost 400 poems and several tales
that he hopes for publishing as soon as possible). In 2003 he
published his first novel "Esploratore Involontario". In
2008 "Il Sogno
Calpestato", journal about "Eurasia Pedibus
Calcantibus". Marino
lived many experiences both in artistic and working field. Speaking
for arts, beyond painting and writing, he devoted himself, mainly,
to music's study (he composed about sixty pieces of various genres).
His wandering nature pushed him travelling (he was
been in India, Nepal, Germany, Spain – walking the one thousand
kilometres of Santiago's way, France, Portugal, Canary Islands,
Austria, Hungary, Roumania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Moldova,
Ukraine, Iran). Travelling
taught him appreciate languages, of which he good-level knows
(beyond Italian and "bergamasco" |
|
-Bergamo's language-,
both mother tongue) English, Spanish and Esperanto, while he
basic-level knows Nepali, Hindi, Russian, German, Portuguese,
Ancient Greek and Latin. This suggested him esteem and deepen the
international language Esperanto, a language that doesn't benefit
any nation nor ethnic group. Now
Marino
lives in a mountain hut at 1395 metres on the sea level, seven
kilometres from Mezzoldo (Bergamo, Italy), inside the Regional Park
of Bergamo's Orobic Alps, where he cooperates with some institucions
and organizations for differents activities. See web-page "Where
I am".
