Previous Accomplishment

In 2007 faced the Round of Annapurna, from Besisahar to Pokhara. 230 kilometres in 18 days with a 15 kilos rucksack. I reached at that time the Thorung-La, 5416 metres.

I like the mountain, and I live near Alps, so I’m habit trekking over there. I reached various local tops in different years. Among them: Punta Rossa (Aosta, mt.3660), Pizzo Coca, Pizzo Camino, Pizzo Tre Signori, Corno Stella, etc.). I often walk on the mountains with my tend and rucksack for days (I walk twice along the “Sentiero delle Orobie Orientali”).

In 2003 I walked the Santiago’s path in northern Spain, starting from St. Jean Pie-du-Port (France) and reaching Santiago do Compostela, then continue to Finis Terrae and back again to Santiago. 1021 kms in 37 days. Because I visited before France and after Portugal during this travel, my rucksack was 25 kilos!

In 2006 I walked from Italy (Bergamo) to Iran in 13 months, through 9 nations (Italy, Austria, Hungary, Roumania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Moldavia, Ukraine, Iran), along 6000 km. "Eurasia Pedibus Calcantibus".
